SB Steam Cleaning will clean your kitchen exhaust down to the bare metal by removing hard grease with magnetic scrapers and the world's #1 degreaser: Bonzai or Red Ripper. After the system has been scraped and chemical has been applied, we either wipe the system down by hand or pressure steam the exhaust system. Finally, we polish the hood. Your hood will look brand new!
There is no reason to cook in a dirty environment! Let SB Steam Cleaning clean your commercial kitchen stoves, ovens, fryers, racks, stainless steel tables, and walk-in freezers or refrigerators. Why is this important? Because to create the best quality food, you need a safe, clean, and hygienic cooking area. How do we do this? We take the smaller parts of the appliances back to our shop and soak them in our hot chemical tank. Then we pressure steam them and hand clean the shell of the appliance with scrapers and the world's #1 degreaser.
We will exchange your dirty grease filters with clean filters that have been professionally cleaned at our shop using a hot chemical tank and pressure washer. How often should you change your filters? Depending on the volume and type of food being cooked, we recommend anywhere from twice a week to once a month. Using a dishwasher does not clean the inside of the baffle filter like our chemical hot tank and pressure washed do. Neglecting the baffle filter leads to clogging and replacement. Don't burden yourself with that extra cost, let us clean them for you!

Cleaning should cut down on the amount of smoke that can enter your house, and prevent fires.
We recommend cleaning yearly or after you have burned 1 cord of wood.
A flue cap prevents sparks from landing on your roof, which can cause a fire and will also keep wind (which can blow ash) rain and critters out of your house.
We do not go up onto 2 story roofs or tile roofs.
